About Lucy

The producer who sees the whole picture.

I’m Lucy — a digital producer with fifteen years of experience translating complex brand worlds into calm, beautiful websites. I work with boutique, values-driven businesses — especially the ones juggling multiple offerings under one roof — to make their digital presence feel as considered as the brand itself.

The story

Why I do what I do

For a long time, I watched marketing leads and founders outgrow their websites but dread the rebuild. Too many moving parts. Too many stakeholders. Too much jargon and not enough craft.

I wanted to be the partner I wished they had: someone who could hold the strategy, the design intent, and the technical build in one conversation. Someone who could walk into a multi-brand hospitality group or an arts organisation and leave with a clear architecture — and a site that actually gets built, on time, without drama.

I don’t disappear into a black box and reappear with mysteries. I work openly, communicate plainly, and hand over work that your team can own with confidence.

How I work

Calm structure, clear decisions, no black box.

01

Listen first

I map your brand structure, audience needs, and internal constraints before touching a design file.

02

Architect the logic

Information hierarchy, user flows, content strategy — the invisible scaffolding that makes a site feel effortless.

03

Design and build with intent

Brand-aligned design systems, WordPress or Shopify delivery, and a build process that keeps you in the loop.

04

Calm handover

Documentation, training if needed, and a site your team can manage — or a clear roadmap for ongoing partnership.

What I believe

Complex work should feel simple from the outside.

Complexity should feel simple

Your audience should never feel the weight of your organisational structure.

Brand feel is the product

For boutique businesses, how a site feels is as important as what it does.

Partnership beats vendor-ship

The best work happens when trust runs both ways.

Handover is part of the deliverable

A site you can’t update is a liability, not an asset.

The best briefs start as a conversation.

Tell me what you are working on, even if it is half-formed. I will tell you honestly where I can help most — and if I am not the right fit, I will point you in the right direction.
